To increase awareness of the significance of mental health in the workplace, this training course has been prepared as an introduction to it. The training gives a general overview of mental health issues, describes some of the signs and consequences, and outlines what you can do to assist and uplift co-workers. The goal of the training is to support mental wellness and show how simple it is for businesses to implement changes that foster understanding and tolerance in the workplace.>
After completing the training materials, participants in the Specialised Care Courses - Mental Health Awareness course complete an online exam. An test consisting of multiple choice answers must be completed with a passing grade of 80%. As the answers are automatically graded, you can see if you passed or not. Do not worry if you fail! The exam may be taken up to twenty (20) times. After you've utilised all twenty (20) tries, you must buy the same course again.
• The online care course needs a minimum of one hour to complete. This can be a guide to the educational hours needed, and it depends on how quickly an individual can understand the course. The training is online. It may be displayed over multiple sessions or done in one session.
• Learners will have access to the present course for up to nine months from the date of joining. There's no pressure to finish the course in a short time.
