• Anyone working in the care area is intended to benefit from this training on managing difficult behaviour, which teaches participants how to recognise and defuse harmful situations involving intimidation, aggressiveness, and other challenging behaviours.
• The Managing Challenging Conduct course also instructs participants on how to identify potential triggers for aggressive conduct and how to handle situations using simple intervention strategies.

• This course on specialised care is offered online via e-learning. Students enrolled in our Managing Challenging Behaviour course will have immediate access to our interactive LMS, which provides round-the-clock access to the curriculum.

Assesment

After completing the course content, participants in the Managing Challenging Behaviour Specialised Care Courses complete an online exam. An test consisting of multiple choice answers must be completed with a passing grade of 80%. As the answers are automatically graded, you can see if you passed or not. Do not worry if you fail! The exam may be taken up to twenty (20) times. After you've utilised all twenty (20) tries, you must buy the same course again.

Course Duration

• The online care course needs a minimum of one hour to complete. This can be a guide to the educational hours needed, and it depends on how quickly an individual can understand the course. The training is online. It may be displayed over multiple sessions or done in one session.

• Learners will have access to the present course for up to nine months from the date of joining. There's no pressure to finish the course in a short time.
