Child Sexual Exploitation Awareness
Introduction

Child sexual exploitation is a type of sexual abuse. Children in exploitative situations and relationships receive something such as gifts, money or affection as a result of performing sexual activities or others performing sexual activities on them.


Who should attend?

This course is designed for educators, social workers, healthcare professionals, law enforcement personnel, parents, and guardians who seek to understand, prevent, and effectively respond to child sexual exploitation.


Assesment

Upon completing the Child Sexual Exploitation Awareness training material, participants are required to undertake a multiple-choice examination. A minimum pass mark of 80% is needed to successfully complete the assessment. The exam is automatically scored, providing immediate feedback on your result. If you do not pass on the first attempt, you are allowed up to twenty (20) attempts to succeed. Please note: After using all twenty attempts, you will need to repurchase the course to retake the assessment.


Course Duration

• The online care course needs a minimum of one hour to complete. This can be a guide to the educational hours needed, and it depends on how quickly an individual can understand the course. The training is online. It may be displayed over multiple sessions or done in one session.

• Learners will have access to the present course for up to nine months from the date of joining. There's no pressure to finish the course in a short time.
